- Upon arrival of your package, please unpack your plant and any packing materials carefully as to avoid damage to the plant. A planting guide will be included with your package.

- Live plants include free shipping
- Cannot be shipped via express methods and are only shipped ground
- Live plant orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. Our houseplants are grown and distributed by our partner, Cottage Hill. Your order will be processed the same day the order is placed.
- Please note, we are unable to make cancellations or order edits for live plants once the order is placed.
- Cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes
