The ancient Cardboard Palm adds an element of mysterious wonder to any space. Despite its name, this unique plant is not a palm at all, but a cycad, featuring fronds of stiff foliage with rounded, evergreen leaflets that grow in opposing pairs. At full size, these fronds can grow up to three feet long, giving the impression of your very own tropical forest.

- Upon arrival of your package, please unpack your plant and any packing materials carefully as to avoid damage to the plant. A planting guide will be included with your package.

- Cannot be shipped via express methods and are only shipped ground
- Live plant orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. Our houseplants are grown and distributed by our partner, Cottage Hill. Your order will be processed the same day the order is placed.
- Please note, we are unable to make cancellations or order edits for live plants once the order is placed.
- Cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes

- Plants are guaranteed for up to 90 days from shipment date
- Plants are non-returnable and non-refundable
- If dissatisfied, within the 90-day guarantee, our Guest Services team can be contacted and a replacement will be issued with a similar or comparable plant
