Tip: Warm in the microwave for 15-25 seconds and enjoy with a cup of coffee.

- Coffee Cakes are shipped Monday - Wednesday 2pm CST
- Shipping = $15 flat fee for every baked goods order
- Excluded from shipping promotions or discounts
- Delivered within 3 business days via 2-day shipping
- Shipped in shrink-wrapped aluminum baking tin
- Orders placed after 2pm on Wednesday will ship the next available day

SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipping Charge = $15/each for 2-day shipping
- Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next day. We ship Monday-Wednesday each week for 2-day shipping. Cookies will arrive within 3 business days to ensure freshness of baked goods. Cookies are also excluded from shipping promotions (i.e. Free Shipping Sitewide, discounted shipping via code, etc.)
- Cookies cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states of the US
DELIVERY POLICY
Uncontrollable events (traffic, construction, weather, etc.) and other circumstances can affect the timing of your delivery. We will work our best to deliver your order to you as desired, but our delivery estimate is not a guarantee. We can guarantee the order to arrive to the address you specified when ordering, not to the recipient. We do not take responsibility for an incorrect address or recipient’s information. We will work hard to correct any error we find before delivery, however, we cannot be responsible for the order once it has been delivered to the specified address. Cookies cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If your Silos Baking Co. product arrives incorrect or damaged, please reach out to our Guest Service team within 10 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no extra cost.
